At Philippine Fiberglass the designers have a much more active role in the engineering phase of the design process and to have an intimate knowledge of the features and performance of the various materials. A History Ahead of its Time
Incorporated in 1992 and commence operation in 1993 under the name, Unimagna Industries, Inc., the company focused on manufacturing plastic in a 400 sq. m. Ireneville Subdivision warehouse. Its’ market caters only to local consumers. Barely three (3) years in operation, a larger production unit is mandatory.
By mid-2004, Megacool Manufacturing, Inc., a Unimagna Industries, Inc.’s subsidiary, was incorporated to comply with the increasing demands from international market. In 2006, both companies relocate to the larger plant of approximately 2000 sq.m. in Liip, Laguna. The manufacturing machines which are utilized had progressed from 50% manual to fully automated, computer-controlled. Minimum human intervention is required to ensure consistent high quality output at a reasonable price.
Product expansion fostered additional product lines and raw materials like fiberglass and metal by 2006. Subsequently, Unimagna Industries, Inc. and Megacool Manufacturing, Inc., dedicated to provide the latest technology, the highest quality, and the most dependable products available. In 2007, the company relocated to Meridian Technology Park, occupying a 8221 sq. m. with four (4) buildings housing four (4) major production line:

To date, Philippine Fiberglass,
a division of Unimagna Industries, Inc., enthusiastically build boats, flat panels, caravans, bus parts, composite panel, canopies and other fiberglass’ composite items expanding on the fiberglass coolers’ line. To this endeavor, Philippine Fiberglass is now utilizing a factory in the Manila region for bus parts with the main factory in Subic Bay Metropolitan City. Philippine Fiberglass, in conjunction with our clients, is continually developing new products for future purposes.. The development of these products is ongoing. The safety and seaworthiness of the boats has always been considered the most important thing at Philippine Fiberglass. The boats were developed under an in-house product design department, and tried in different offshore-classes. To sell our boats to an international market, we must comply with with international standards.
